I wouldn't want to ask people to just give me money cause they like my website, but do please take a quick look at Barger's Boutique. You might find yourself a little something-something for 2 or 3 bucks that you just can't resist! Any of the round images you find around MoreThings will get you to an Amazon page to buy my stuff and help ol' Al keep the lights on.
Links
To explicitly state the obvious, these external links go to interesting and provocative websites, but they speak for themselves. I don't necessarily agree with anything they say - especially that no-goodnik Richard Marcus.

Tim Robbins gets a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Actor and activist Tim Robbins, age 49, just got a well deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He's been quite the productive and multi-talented dude. He's an actor, writer, director and even something of an accomplished songwriter. Among his more noteworthy acheivements, he co-wrote Dead Man Walking with his long time partner Susan Sarandon, and was nominated for an Oscar as Best Director in 1996 for this movie.
Granted that Tim Robbins is a disgraceful cheese eating anti-American commie and all, but the bastard's got skills. My personal favorite Tim Robbins flick is in fact his cheesiest commie comedy, the 1988 masterpiece Bob Roberts. He wrote and directed and starred. Bob Roberts is an evil Republican (a redundant phrase) folk singer running for US Senate. Tim Robbins co-wrote the songs with his brother representing his evil conservative politics, and they're quite good. "Complain" is probably my favorite. I strongly recommend this movie to anyone interested at all in political movies - even rightwing nutjobs. It's really well done.
But perhaps his greatest role is his autobiographical portrayal as a traitor in Team America. Not like the famous actor actually approved of his puppet portrayal, but Parker and Stone really didn't even begin to make him look as bad as they could. But it was rewarding to see the anti-American traitor get what he had coming to him.
Again though, the guy's got skills. He's totally earned his spot on the walk.
