I wouldn't want to ask people to just give me money cause they like my website, but do please take a quick look at Barger's Boutique. You might find yourself a little something-something for 2 or 3 bucks that you just can't resist! Any of the round images you find around MoreThings will get you to an Amazon page to buy my stuff and help ol' Al keep the lights on.
Links
To explicitly state the obvious, these external links go to interesting and provocative websites, but they speak for themselves. I don't necessarily agree with anything they say - especially that no-goodnik Richard Marcus.

New Album Releases, 5-29-2007: Richard Thompson, R Kelly, The Get Quick Woo, hoo! New Richard Thompson album Sweet Warrior this week. This is his first electric album in four years, and features apparently a fairly scathing anti-war song "Dad's Going to Kill Me." That "dad" is short for "Baghdad."
Other than that, it looks pretty thin for new album releases this week. The obvious big name item this week is Double Up from R Kelly. This has a particularly overloaded list of guest collaborators, including Snoop Dogg, Usher, Nelly, Ludacris and Kid Rock, among others. I do not get the appeal of this guy. I know he's sold a bunch of records, and it's my understanding that Negroes LOVE R Kelly. But the only song of his I can quite remember is the infamous epic "Trapped in the Closet," and that mostly because of the South Park parody. Works for him, though.
