I wouldn't want to ask people to just give me money cause they like my website, but do please take a quick look at Barger's Boutique. You might find yourself a little something-something for 2 or 3 bucks that you just can't resist! Any of the round images you find around MoreThings will get you to an Amazon page to buy my stuff and help ol' Al keep the lights on.
Links
To explicitly state the obvious, these external links go to interesting and provocative websites, but they speak for themselves. I don't necessarily agree with anything they say - especially that no-goodnik Richard Marcus.

New Album Releases, Week of 2-28-2006 Woo, doggies, we've got us a new Elvis Costello album this week! My Flame Burns Blue is an unusual type of live album, recorded with Metropole Orkest, a 52-piece jazz orchestra from the Netherlands. Besides re-arrangements of some Elvis classics, this includes some Elvis compositions that have never been on an Elvis album, including "Speak Darkly, My Angel" and "Upon a Veil of Midnight Blue," which was written originally for Charles Brown. The opening track is "Hora Decubitus," which was a Charles Mingus composition for which Elvis has written lyrics at the invitation of his widow. On top of which, there's a 45 minute bonus disc of music from his ballet Il Sogno.
I haven't had the opportunity yet to get this new Elvis, but jazz singer and MoreThings correspondent Valerie Tachecek tells us
Not only is it an incredible Elvis album, but it's a knock-out Jazz album!
When you get it check out the title track, aka Blood Count, by Billy Strayhorn. The leaps in this song are effortless to him, and only the great Mark Murphy has ever tackled this song before vocally as far as I know.
Waylon Jenning's widow Jessi Colter was the only recognized female member of the classic country outlaw movement. Producer Don Was has brought her out for what is billed as her first album in 20 years, and it seems to be getting good notice.
Bruce Springsteen has released a two CD set Hammersmith Odeon, Live '75, which was the first show of his Born to Run tour.
