I wouldn't want to ask people to just give me money cause they like my website, but do please take a quick look at Barger's Boutique. You might find yourself a little something-something for 2 or 3 bucks that you just can't resist! Any of the round images you find around MoreThings will get you to an Amazon page to buy my stuff and help ol' Al keep the lights on.
Links
To explicitly state the obvious, these external links go to interesting and provocative websites, but they speak for themselves. I don't necessarily agree with anything they say - especially that no-goodnik Richard Marcus.

New Album Releases, Week of 12-6-2005 Being the wicked man that I am, I was all set to start mocking this new Katrina benefit album, Our New Orleans: A Benefit Album for the Gulf Coast. If you really cared abou the poor flood people, you'd buy this album, etc. Thing is, with Allen Toussaint, Dr John and the Dirty Dozen Brass Band among others, this starts looking like potentially worthwhile actual MUSIC. That will win out with me even over the natural urge to mock do-gooders.
It's not really a new album per se, but the White Stripes have a new EP with an obscure cover song Walking With A Ghost by Tegan and Sara, plus four live recordings.
Mr Hankey's favorite band is back with See You on the Other Side, Korn's first album since the recent religious defection of guitarist Brian Welch. This might be useful information for you if'n you're constipated. However, it's not obvious how they constitute anything that could be meaningfully described as "music."
Lord Ayn help us, Lindsay Lohan is getting more artistic and personal on her second album, A Little More Personal (Raw). If there's one thing worse than a stupid Britney Spears record, it's a Britney Spears record what tries to be art. Shut up already...DAMN.
