I wouldn't want to ask people to just give me money cause they like my website, but do please take a quick look at Barger's Boutique. You might find yourself a little something-something for 2 or 3 bucks that you just can't resist! Any of the round images you find around MoreThings will get you to an Amazon page to buy my stuff and help ol' Al keep the lights on.
Links
To explicitly state the obvious, these external links go to interesting and provocative websites, but they speak for themselves. I don't necessarily agree with anything they say - especially that no-goodnik Richard Marcus.

New album releases, week of 10-18-2005 The coolest sounding new release this week comes from Shout Factory records, which has a Great American Baseball Box. This bad boy has vintage radio broadcasts of Pete Rose beating Ty Cobb's record, Babe Ruth talking about baseball, etc. It has all kinds of groovy baseball related songs, from John Fogerty's "Centerfield" to Count Basie with "Did You See Jackie Robinson Hit That Ball?"
I'd have to check the dates, but I think Millard Fillmore was president when last Stevie Wonder managed to put out an album. The wait is over, though. A Time to Love is out now. We'll see if it rates all the hoopla.
The only thing worse than a talentless lip-synching teeny pop singer with empty bubblegum crap for songs would be that same singer trying to write serious songs to prove that she's really an artiste. Oh, and Ashlee Simpson's back with a new album called I Am Me. Is there in fact a "me" there?
Note that the Chris Botti CD has some purposeful factory corruption, with complaints showing up at Amazon about not even being able to play the damned thing. This sounds like some boring crap, but you'd be well advised to download this p2p if you feel the need to hear it, rather than paying money for something that won't work right anyway.
