Baldilocks rocks I just added a new blog buddy to my links here. To start with the broad strokes, Baldilocks is a bald black chick who has been career military, and has a fairly conservative bent. She wrote to tell me she liked my photo essay of racial reconciliation "Al and the Brother Man."
Obviously, this whole combination tickled me pink, but I'm looking at her picture and words, wondering what planet she might be from. Mars, perhaps? Turns out I was close: California.
Anyhow, I find myself feeling like the freaks pounding their silverware on the dinner table during the wedding scene to welcome the newcomer. Like Zip and Pip the pinheads, then, I say to Juliette Ochieng:
