They think I'ma trust them with electronic voting machines? Culpepper friend Mike Kole at the Kole Hard Facts of Life has a report up on his experiences in the November 4th city elections in Indianapolis. It's amusing for someone as cynical as me to see the plethora of abuses he observed from our local Democrats.
Yet, some people propose to go to electronic touch voting screens which have no hard paper basis in the recording of votes. At least with the dreaded punch card ballots, you have something physical to recount. That would be somewhat significantly harder to tamper with than a few blips on a screen.
Surely you don't think I'm going to trust these cheeseheads with something that we can't check out again later.
