Anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre On this day in history, June 3, 1989, the Chinese military opened fire on a crowd of peaceful protesters in Tiananmen Square. They directly slaughtered hundreds of non-violent young people on live television just to make the point that they were in charge.
Hell, this is the least of the offenses of this evil group. (Tibet springs to mind.)Yeah, the Chinese government should be in the front of the line for the next spot that opens up on the Axis of Evil.
About now would be a good time to hear Solomon Burke singing "None of Us Are Free".
